Gradientowe Tło

Your mind is the tool of excellence.

Discover the modern approach to mental training and achieve success in sports, esports, or on stage.

I've been working as a performance psychologist since 2020. I offer modern, evidence-based methods that bring visible results. My education, which I continually expand upon, guarantees my professionalism.

I hold a master's degree in psychology, specializing in neurobiopsychology from the University of Gdańsk. I completed postgraduate studies in Sports Psychology in the Positive Sports Approach at SWPS University in Warsaw. I also completed the first-level course of Solution Focused Brief Therapy at Centrum Rozwiązań in Toruń. I regularly participate in courses, training sessions, and conferences, enhancing my knowledge of performance psychology and various areas of performers' work, including athletes, esports players, dancers, actors, and artists.

I teach at the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sports and work at a sports school called Szkoła Mistrzostwa Sportowego Liceum Ogólnokształcące Marcina Gortata in Gdańsk, where I support young athletes in developing their skills and ensuring their mental health and well-being. I'm also an active member of Fundacja Sportu Pozytywnego (Positive Sports Foundation) and Fundacja Inicjatyw Psychologicznych (Psychological Initiatives Foundation) to create a positive and inspiring environment that fosters balanced development and well-being of athletes.

Psycholog sportu Joanna Znosko. Profesjonalne wsparcie mentalne dla sportowców i esportowców.

ABOUT ME

HOW I WORK

Individual consultations:

  • mental training,

  • psychological consultations,

  • EEG biofeedback training.

When choosing this option you will receive a program tailored to your needs, focusing on improving your mental skills or addressing a situation that currently presents a challenge for you. Usually the sessions last about 50 minutes and are held once a week, either in my office in Gdansk or online.

If you want to:

  • better cope with pressure and stress,

  • set and achieve your goals more effectively,

  • feel more confident during training and competition,

  • easily adapt to changes in your career,

Working with clubs and teams, including:

  • mental preparation for athletes,

  • workshops for the team and staff,

  • a package of individual consultations.

This solution ensures that athletes and coaches have ongoing access to psychological support, tailored to individual needs.

If you want:

  • a mental training program customized for your athletes' needs,

  • support for coaches in their daily work, including handling stress, building a cohesive team, and maintaining mental health,

  • on-site support during tournaments, training camps, and other occasions that require traveling

Methods that lead sports teams to victory can bring success to both athletes and those around them. If you're planning on:

  • a training session to enhance the skills of your employees,

Sharing knowledge and content creation:

  • Participation in conferences,

  • Collaboration on scientific projects,

  • Collaboration on creating content or social campaigns.

On a daily basis I aim to share knowledge and skills in an accessible way during consultations, workshops, training sessions, and classes with students. My goal is for everyone I work with to to be able to independently and consciously apply this knowledge and skills in their own lives or in their sports and professional careers.

There's no need for that. During our first meeting, I'll tell you about how I work, what rules I follow, and answer all your questions. Together, we'll set the rules for our work. I'll also want to learn more about the discipline you're training in and your current situation.
