Joanna Znosko sport psychologist
Your mind is the tool of excellence.
Discover the modern approach to mental training and achieve success in sports, esports, or on stage.
I've been working as a performance psychologist since 2020. I offer modern, evidence-based methods that bring visible results. My education, which I continually expand upon, guarantees my professionalism.
I hold a master's degree in psychology, specializing in neurobiopsychology from the University of Gdańsk. I completed postgraduate studies in Sports Psychology in the Positive Sports Approach at SWPS University in Warsaw. I also completed the first-level course of Solution Focused Brief Therapy at Centrum Rozwiązań in Toruń. I regularly participate in courses, training sessions, and conferences, enhancing my knowledge of performance psychology and various areas of performers' work, including athletes, esports players, dancers, actors, and artists.
I teach at the Gdansk University of Physical Education and Sports and work at a sports school called Szkoła Mistrzostwa Sportowego Liceum Ogólnokształcące Marcina Gortata in Gdańsk, where I support young athletes in developing their skills and ensuring their mental health and well-being. I'm also an active member of Fundacja Sportu Pozytywnego (Positive Sports Foundation) and Fundacja Inicjatyw Psychologicznych (Psychological Initiatives Foundation) to create a positive and inspiring environment that fosters balanced development and well-being of athletes.
